This ship of mine

While playing, I didn't get many new ship blueprints of my faction, so I had to get creative in order do deal with larger ships. What I came up with was this: take the largest ship I had, give it a fleet warp jump module, stuff it full of mines, and then fill the rest with armor. It worked quite well: ram big ship, drop all the mines, watch as there is no ship any more. The reason to ram is because the mines take a while to arm, and ramming the ship tends to stop the big ships.
We may not be able to predict the future, but we can certainly create it.
